To stop all PMs from anyone add "stop-all-messages" to the list. This is however not recomended because will prevent anyone to communicate with you.

To start seeing messages from a ignored player simply remove him from this list and save. Please note that the PMs will get blocked before they reach your inbox so there is no way to see pms sent during the time a player is on your ban list.
