Major Minor Tags
The new tag system is going to take some time to implement but the first change that can be done now is to seperate Major and Minor tags. For the moment a major tag will be a role based tag and a minor tag will be used for abilities like summon by tag.

A minor tag will be bracketed and behind the major tag.

If a user doesnt have a major tag the minor tag will display like normal

E.g.
Has both major and minor tag: Avatar Master (Death Guard)
Has only a major tag: Avatar Master
Has only a minor tag: Death Guard

All those who had to give up a tag to become part of the summonbytag group should contact council stating the previous tag.

Those people allowed to give tags should be careful when changing tags, if someone has a "useful" minor tag such as a summonbytag group they should rename it to "new tag (old minor tag)" to properly make it a minor tag again.
