Physical Description
Hangman is a spritely person with wild red hair and delirious eyes.  He is dressed in the shabby remains of some ancient finery.  From the tears in his doublet, it would seem that at some point in time he received a fatal wound to the gut.  A severed noose is tight around his neck, as if bracing it.

 

Something about him is very disorienting.  Looking at him for a prolonged period if time, it is easy to lose one's frame of reference or to suddenly get vertigo.  It almost seems, despite all logic, that he is upside down.  Or perhaps the world is.  Maybe it is the way he sways, even on stable ground...
