A witch who came upon this place by a visitation from the reaper, and is guessing that she may have died in her own world. This might be the reason this is such a gathering-it is an afterlife. She is currently searching the vast stretches of this dimension in order to understand it, and to attain the capacity to tap into the particular ambient magic present.

Her magic consists of changing what is already manifest and morphing magic to specific ends, rather than outright generating force by itself. However, ever since coming here Zaleya has had minimal success drawing on the strange new magic. What she is capable of is at least enough to gain the alliance of the surrounding creatures, which is a blessing as she is otherwise unable to defend herself via not being trained in physical defense.

Teimpis;
A land of magic and lore, something you would typically see out of a fairy tale, except with access to magic everyone has made magical devices for it, meaning that technologically it is much more like the present day.
