A new resource will be visible in some rare places, it is called "memorystones". These stones can not be yet gathered. However, for your own curiosity you should know that if somehow you put your hands on such a stone it can be used to store a spell and transfer it to whoever holds it. The stone is a usable, consumable item, once loaded and it will vanish upon use, giving the holder a limited cast amount of the spell loaded in it. These stones will be the main way to dispatch temporary casts. How exactly will they be available I am not sure yet.
