Heads contest admin powers granted to Mallos
For Mallos's heads contest he has been granted the heads contest admin power. This will let him give and take heads away from players. Unlike previous times this has been gifted it is not a permanent power and should be used for his contest only. We will remove the power when it is no longer needed.
