'notransfer' getting serious
Items have a setting that makes them difficult to transfer (other party needs to claim them by itc, no forced transfer allowed), or impossible to transfer (level 2). Impossible to transfer items no are also impossible to consume. This is because i need to be able to forcefully keep an item in the inventory, especially the new A25 Directives currently in work. Some (5000+) of the previously non-transferable items level 2 where changed to partially transferable. These items are: 'Bucket','Basket','Axe','Common Herbs Basket','Heat Pebble','Mattock','Old Bark Kife','Old Resin Collector','Rain Collector','Saw','Shovel','Fermented Marigold Nectar'.
