Auction house evo point abusers Else and Death Ray have been penalized properly, by considering all the points they got via this abuse as already spent. They drop rate already lowered, and their effort wasted, contribute to this punishment so no additional measures needed. I don't have time to chase after all your little crimes and prevent abuse, so this kind of things will be sanctioned with increasing severing depending strictly on my daily mood. If i feel i learn something from your abuse and you helped me discover it, i reward you, but if i find out myself and notice you where too greedy, i penalize you.
