About Me
I am Chewett. I found the game before it was playable and when there was only a riddle on the homepage. After
getting the answer very nearly right i proceeded to join the forum.
From this point i like many others talked about the few screenshots that mur produced, wondering how the game would work, and such. Finally the game was playable!
During this time you had to schedual battles due to the lack of players at the very start. You would wander anywhere just looking at the amazing drawings.
Seekers Of Enlightenment
I am the current leader of the Seekers of Enlightenment. This alliance was initially founded by me and a group of friends of a similar Mindset. We wanted to learn more about the angiens. We Banded togethe to try and contact these creatures and suceeded. You can read about this here
We are a knowledge based alliance in Marind Bell, intrested in all matters in MB. We choose our research topics and use our inner groups to discuss matters. You can read about our alliance statements here
Marind Bell
Marind Bell is my land of choice, Not to say i chose it, Events came around and i found myself affliated and drawn to it. Since my joining MB i have striven to work for in its intrests.
I have been, and currently am the Leader of, For a large time, the main alliance in Marind Bell, SoE.
During the first election i was with Lifeline in trying to decide who should be leader, Neither of us really wanted the position, so i suggested he should go for it. However i did propose the structure for the First Council.
MD Scripting
When i have some free time, i enjoy writing code. Over the years in Magicduel i have attained the Normal and Gold Mech Medal through work in Bug hunting.
Now any form of testing requires permission from Mur it is harder for the casual coder to do so. But i have also dabbled in writing intresting scripts using MDScript and having fun with HTML and javascript.
Since MDScript has been released into the realm, i have written numerous scripts for various purposes.
Forum
I Adminsterate the forum, Moderate it and generally make sure its still working.
If you need something edited with the forum itself, Such as changing a forum name I am the person to contact. Otherwise if you just want a post to be closed, Then contacting any moderator can get the issue resolved.
If you cant access the forum, ask around and see if others cant access it. If others cant either, send me the details of the problem. (Contact details are on the left).

Then i took another break from the game, and returned when there was a few more people. Again it was hard to find people to battle, and when you did they would undoubtly beat you.
From here, i just slowly played and learnt about MD. Up until today when i am still learning. In my time in Magicduel i have been a Lho(twice), RPC and have become the Forum and Archives Admin.
Sometimes im a bit of a twat, But i dont attempt to be one, and normally it is for some reason or other that has annoyed me. If you need any help, you can always leave me a PM.
Over the past years the alliance has changed, we have went through a lot of changes. Over the time Lifeline and Liberty have also been the leader while i was away. While Liberty was the leader he removed all of our reserach, and removed out forum. When i returned i came back to an empty bank of infomation.
So, Currently we are working on the No Old Lore Basis, Rheagar has recently been appointed Deputy leader and running some parts of the SoE.

During this time Marind Bell Flourished under the Kingship of Lifeline and the help of the Marind Bell Council.
Then, after a while Lifeline stood down as King, after asking if any one member of the MB council did not want him as King, he would. So he did stand down.
When Election time came around, The Marind Bell council picked Lightsage as the only member who would be a viable Monarch. Yet Handy Pockets put her name in secretly and wont the election.
Then i suggested reforms to my initial concept that are now run.
My most intresting being the "Post office" a clickable which allowed people to leave messages for others. This was however frowned on by Mur, and he asked me to remove and rules were put in place to ban such scripts. This is when i attained the MDScript Medal.
I have also written a LHO Application script for Grido, Which currently sits in the Paper cabin on the Attic Cord.
I am actively looking for Commisions, I wont nesscarilly accept all commisions, But will definately point you in the direction of a person or page that could help.
