Tarkin is a light grey-blue Sahagin that greens out toward the back. He stands at 5'5" and looks more human than most Sahagin.

A Sahagin is a slimey, thick skinned humanoid that is adapted well for life in the water. His hands and feet are webbed. He has big black eyes and fins that are on either side, where his ears would be, and on that runs along the top of his head and down his back. His mouth is wide and is rowed with sharp teeth, but despite all this, this Sahagin doesn't have an overly menacing demeanor.

All he wears is a pair of shorts, and a belt with a pouch big enough to fit a few scrolls in, and the only weapons he carries is a harpoon, a net, and a length of rope.

also he always walks around with a wet towel to keep himself wet with.

He comes from the Carnik tribe which was recently destroyed by kobolds. He was their messenger.
