The Wandering Philosopher

<< Back By Sandra Klien
Festival codeword: Lauriel

Before you stands a figure of small stature garbed in a dark, hooded traveling cloak. Although you made no sound, the cloak starts to sway and the figure turns to face you. You now look upon a woman's smiling face. Her eyes are a pale gray whose color could only be seen in certain lighting in shades of blue and green. Unlike her skin and eyes, her hair was of many different shades of yellow and cropped to shoulder-length. Pale hands part the cloak and lowers her hood, revealing modest curves covered by simple traveler clothes.

fellow traveler, my name is Sandra." She states as she lowers her hands, her cloak hiding her body once more. "I am relatively new, yet have been here much longer than most new travelers. I have brought some knowledge with me if you wish to hear it." Curiosity glints in her eyes and a hint of mischief appears in her smile, but her words are genuine.

My Story

This story is not yet current and is a couple of years behind.

Looking up, I smile
And laughter breaks the silence
My smile becomes a grin
"I fear ye not, proud giants"

They grumble and they threaten
With blades of many kinds,
Yet unscathed I remain
A child to their minds.

A sketch of Sandra after Silver Renard burnt her clothes off and Silent Warrior gave her a shirt from his beginner days. She is now, thankfully, fully clothed.
