simply because you just cant stop it, the forge will not create any GWI pebbles anymore. All the current pebbles should have been granted with limited use, returning to creator after a certain number of uses, so they can be given back after a re-evaluation. This has been fixed now, all pebbles get 20 uses then return to Chew to do as he wishes with them. The one pebble created in the forge for Aksel will get a bit more uses, but also limited, and one consumed it gets destroyed. These pebbles should have existed in the first place, at least their intended use was not what came out to be.
