forge fenths updates
forge was giving our drachs for no reason due to a mistake. It was not aware what the fenths it gave contained. Because they let me know, the two that did this, repeatedly, get to keep their drachs.
(On one of them i still reconsider if telling chew and continuing to do it while waiting for an other is enough or not..)

The forge still gives awesome fenths, it will pick from the top 30% rarest crits automatically and even better, it will also assign a selection of play cards to that crit, different than the one that comes by default with that kind of crit. This makes it more powerful than the previous version probably, but at least it will not devalue drachs for no reason.
