Better help pages
all "more info" and "?" links point now to better help pages. This is not a redesign of those pages, they include genuinely new and helpful info, synced with md's reality and bound now to the announcements, so they will be kept up to date automatically. Simulators where added in various places, so you can see what numbers mean and how things change.

A monster of a help search mechanism was implemented, so more adcanced searches, such as actual questions, will take you to the needed help subsection. This is not just keyword search, its AI powered interpretation.
