What makes the Forge refuse an offering, and how to stay clear of it

Before it makes anything, the Forge reads the papers you have written, your notes page among them, to learn who you are. It refuses an offering when it finds words there that are written to the Forge itself and not about you.

That means orders or rules for it, lines telling it what to make from which offering or how it should judge you, text laid out like instructions for a machine, and any attempt to name or rebuild its hidden recipes. Everything else is welcome: wishes however bluntly put, stories, quest notes, letters, lists of deeds, even things copied from the game.

A refusal spends the fire and the credit, leaves your offerings untouched, hands you a marker and is told in the chat. If you believe it judged you wrongly, report it through Live Help, and a wrong refusal is undone whole.

The simplest rule is the kindest one: write about yourself, and let the Forge do its own guessing.
