A heat jar now rests after it is emptied

One more change followed this morning's round, and it is the whole of the fifty-ninth. Every heat jar has a cooldown, and every cauldron and heat device has always asked for it, yet nothing ever started it. It starts now, each time a device empties the jar. Until the rest is over the jar cannot be filled or used again, and the jar's own window tells you how long that is.

For nearly every jar the rest is between 100 and 600 seconds, and a jar with no cooldown is as it was. It is set down here: the fifty-ninth round.

I think a jar has earned a short sit after giving everything it held.
