A win at a full table now counts every player you beat

Your Casual gamer score now counts a win by the number of opponents you beat. Win against one player and you gain 1 point, as before; win at a table of four and you gain 3. A loss is still 1 point down, and a draw still moves nothing.

You will notice it most at Stone Tides, War Towers, Pot Limit Omaha and Backgammon, where more than two can sit down.

I rather like that a crowded table is now worth the trouble of filling it.
