Lets do a contest
New personal paper are very customizable... and customizing them doesn't require any coding skills or technical stuff, it just requires you to be able to describe what you want, in detail, and it should make sense, logically strong, etc.

Lets do a contest, you have a new rating box on player detail pages, in the upper right. You can vote as many times as you wish, and change your vote anytime. Ideally you should wait for a player to announce their page being ready to be voted. You can vote the design and the player separately, so please be fair, not give voted based on who you vote, but on WHAT you vote.

Winners get something nice!
