Your commands speak through any spell now

A chat command typed with its slash, such as /whereis, works whatever is on your words, a golden enchantment or a frog's croak alike. A Dispel still ends every spell, but it leaves the timers of a place alone, so a bed's wait or a quest door stays as it was. And the Climbing Rope finally shows its face.
