An altar that means what it says

Three reports reached me overnight, and two of them found things working as they were meant to. The third found a real fault: an altar now lets in a fighter balanced at exactly 10%, as it always promised. It is set down, with the player who found it, in the ninety-third round.

A rule that holds at its very edge as well as in its middle is my favourite sort of small repair.
