From The Forge: the Soul-Shell Reliquary

The Shmsh Reliquary Recipe teaches the brewing of a Soul-Shell Reliquary at the mysticbinding cauldrons: water boiled until it clouds, fenths ground to capsule dust, rare metal and pure gold to plate it, bones and ashes stirred in while a creature's name is spoken, then the pot sealed to cool. One brew takes 20 Water, 9 Fenths, 6 Rare Metals, 2 Pure Gold, 10 Bones and 4 Ashes.

A Reliquary holds the imprint of one creature its holder names: one they still have, or one they gave to the altar, to The Forge or to a primordial. Whoever reads it sees that creature, its kind, its level, its wins, the day it was born and where it went. It brings nothing back and gives no strength. When its imprint is released, it rests a day before it can hold another.
