From The Forge: the Tideledger Rig, and fishing gear
Blackshade Rider laid a Fishing pole, a String and a Tideledger Brass Hook on The Forge.

To make this rig work, the realm needed something it did not have, and so because of this forge item fishing now has fishing gear. Every piece helps in one way and costs in another, and every player starts with one gear slot.

The Tideledger Rig is such a piece. The twelve shoals filed into its hook, seven at the Storm Docks and five at the Mill Pool, bite twice as often, and fish come closer by themselves. It takes no gear slot of its own, and lightning finds its holder half as often. Its barb is ground smooth, so the line snaps more easily, the hard fish fight harder, and more rubbish comes up.

The forge now knows to create fishing gear of its own now.
