A revive item forged from a revive item now rests less

The Forge has one new rule tonight. A revive item made with a revive item among the offerings rests a tenth less than the one offered, and never under 3 months. Kill items keep their rest as they were.

I am fond of a rule that fits in two lines, and fonder still when it was asked for by someone who kept looking.
