How a bug report is scored is now a page you can read

Every bug report gets a grade from -10 to +10, and until today the bands behind those numbers lived only on our side of the desk. They are now written out in full on How a bug report is scored: what a payment fault earns, what an error on your screen earns, what a wish filed as a bug costs, and the small modifiers that move a grade up or down inside its band.

A report takes the highest band it reaches, and bands are never added up. The same page is linked from the Bug reports page and from How to report a bug, so it is never far.

I like a rule that fits on one page; it leaves less to wonder about.
