The first ruling of the second reign of Her Majesty Queen Syrian
Her Majesty Queen Syrian sent me her first list of changes for Necrovion. This is the first ruling of her second reign: she was Queen of Necrovion once before, from the last day of 2015 until the land closed in 2016. As i said when she got the crown back, its her land so its her call. I only checked that nothing she asked takes anything from the other lands or their people. All of it is live now.

Citizens of Necrovion keep their action points when they walk in their own land, the old Necrovion Pass Papers work again for guests, the Stone of Twisted Souls is closed to everyone but the kings and queens of the realm, the Howling Gates no longer sell passage for heads, No jump is gone from most of the land, and the Tainted Warriors are back with the Queen as their leader.. and a few more.
